These renovations should be completed in 3 months but will not affect the service provided to the public. The public area will be limited in space considering that the 1st phase of the renovations will be at the main entrance of the building.
The DIP, DOW and DLV will keep the public informed on the progress of the renovations. The changes at the DIP/DOW/DLV are to:
- Improve service at the counter;
- Provide efficient and direct attention to the public;
- Introduce the phase of digitalization and automation;
- Process for document tracking and more;
