Business opening hours during the public holidays King's Day, Labor Day and Ascension Day

ORANJESTAD - The Department of Economic Affairs, Trade and Industry (DEZHI) announces the opening hours of businesses for King's Day, Labor Day and Ascension Day 2022:

  • April 27, 2022: businesses may remain open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.;
  • May 2, 2022:   closed;
  • May 26, 2022: businesses may remain open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Exception:

  • Pharmacies;
  • Gas stations;
  • Hospitality sector and stores located in hotels that hold a hotel license.

Controls will be carried out to ensure compliance with the above opening hours.
