ORANJESTAD - On November 14, 2022, the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) and the Department of Labor and Research (DAO) launched the Labor Force Survey 2022 (EFL-November 2022).

The survey's purpose is to get a complete and current overview of the labor market in Aruba. With the data collected, employment and unemployment rates can be determined. This and previously collected data will determine labor market trends and as a tool for the government and businesses to refine and improve their policies regarding the labor market in Aruba.

The survey includes basic questions for everyone in the household, but the labor market-related questions are specific to persons 15 years and older.
