Censo team completes Aruba Certification Program (ACP)

ORANJESTAD - On November 3, 10, and 17, 2021, the team of the Civil Registry /Censo completed the Aruba Certification Program in sessions of 3 hours each.

This program was offered free of charge by the Aruba Excellence Foundation.

This certification program consists, among others, of the history of Aruba, our culture, flora and fauna, economic and tourism development, and their importance for Aruba. One of the essential aspects of this program was to reflect on the things that drove Aruba to be successful with excellent service.

Team Civil Registry/ Censo. Our norms and values and the way we apply these to our guests are crucial for success. That is why it is essential to reflect and become aware of the importance of maintaining them. We should not only provide excellent service to our guests but to our people as well. It is something to be proud of. The love for our island, our unique way to celebrate, the unity that we need to reach our goals, the freedom to be ourselves and be authentic, our creativity to shine, our unique charisma, the importance to maintain our nature, our culture, and for the pride of calling ourselves Arubans, that is our way of providing the excellent service.

At the end of the program, all the participants received a “my commitment” Aruba Certified pin. They will also receive their A.C.P certificate valid for four years.

We work together on an informative, accessible and user-friendly Government Portal for Aruba.
