The rate change is due to the dramatic increase in fuel oil (HFO) caused by international development after the pandemic. The situation worsened due to the war in Ukraine.
Till now WEB Aruba absorbed these fuel price increases through its reserves. However, this is no longer responsible.
Clients will notice the rate increase in their water bill of September 2022, which expires in October 2022
WEB Aruba has two water rates for residential and non-residential clients. In the table below you will find an overview of the rate changes.
