Covid Vaccination campaign on December 27, 28, 29 and 30, 2021

ORANJESTAD – The DVG is announcing that their Vaccine Walk-In campaign will continue at the Centro Libertador Betico Croes on December 27, 28, 29 & 30, 2021.

The vaccination takes place between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.


Please do not get a vaccine if:

  • you tested positive or in quarantine or isolation;
  • you have COVID-19 symptoms;
  • you are waiting for your COVID-19 test results.

Vaccination requirements”

  • First Vaccine; Anyone 12 and older can receive their first Covid vaccine by showing a valid AZV card. Minors must be accompanied by a parent. Individuals who do not have an AZV card but are residents should prove their residency in Aruba. Dutch Passport holders must prove that they are living in Aruba for at least one month, while non-Dutch Passport holders should demonstrate that they live in Aruba for the past two months. Local students residing abroad can receive their vaccine if they show that they are studying abroad.
  • Second Vaccine; To receive the second vaccine, the individual should have received the first vaccine at least three weeks ago. These persons should show their vaccine card and their AZV card.
  • Booster shot: To be eligible for the booster shot, the individual must be at least 50 years old. The booster shot is only administered to those older than years 50 and who have received their second vaccine at least 6 months ago. People who contracted covid after receiving their second vaccine must wait six months after testing positive, before getting their booster shot.

The first and second vaccines are administered in the Mobile Unit of the Bureau Rampen Bestrijding (BRA) stationed outside Centro Libertador Betico Croes. Only the booster shots are administered at the Centro Libertador Betico Croes.
