Departure Aruba loan students 2022 to the Netherlands

ORANJESTAD - The Department of Education of Aruba (DEA) informs to all students who applied for the Aruba Student Loan “Reisticketkrediet” about the process for the "E-ticket" and travel dates.


On the application form in the Arubaloan portal, applicants can see if they applied for the Arubalening NL Reisproduct" under the " aanvullend product " tab. Those who did will be traveling with the group.

The Discovery Travel agency in the Renaissance Marketplace will issue the E-tickets to all students traveling in the group with the Arubaloan. 

Once the student submits the "Overeenkomst tot geldlening” and the “Verklaring van toekenning” to the DEA's Studentfacility section, the student can contact Discovery Travel to start processing the "E-ticket".

Departure Aruba loan students 2022 to the Netherlands. To make the booking and receive the E-ticket, the student should send an email to Discovery Travel at with the following: 

  • Copy of Passport; 
  • copy of the Declaration of attribution.

The deadline for this is July 18, 2022.

Once the students e-mail these documents to Discovery Travel, they will send the E-ticket to the students' e-mail address. 

Travel Date

The students will travel in two groups, one departing on August 1 and the second group on August 2, 2022.

Departure on August 1 2022 is for students who will study in: Arnhem, Nijmegen, Wageningen, Groningen, Leeuwarden, Maastricht, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Rotterdam and Enschede. 

Departure on August 2 202 is for students who will  study in: Den Haag, Delft, Amsterdam, Diemen, Utrecht/Amersfoort, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg, Zwolle and Deventer.
