A few of the requirements that applicants should be aware of are:
1. Fill in the correct tax identification number (persoonsnummer) of the guarantor.
2. Submit all required documents according to the checklist
3. Fill in a personal phone number and email address of the client correctly
Clients who fail to correctly complete the application form including all of the above-mentioned will result in the permit being denied.
Make sure you fill in the tax identification number of the guarantor correctly.
If the Tax Department is unable to validate the income of the guarantor this will also result in the permit being denied.
Clients will receive a notification from the DIMAS if their permit applications are incomplete and that the clients should make a new appointment to resubmit the permit application correctly. DIMAS will only contact the applicant using the provided personal email and or phone number. Providing incorrect contact information will result in the DIMAS being unable to contact the client for any additional information and or missing documents.
