In 2022, the FPA provided service to 17000 persons and provided 96000 products.
Looking back at the FPA's history, they innovated and restructured to adapt to the local and international community requirements.
According to Minister Tjon, he is satisfied to see the positive developments of the FPA and its affiliation with the international federation. Planned Parenthood, of which today, the FPA is one of the leaders in the Caribbean region. The Minister also received a virtual presentation from Planned Parenthood. This organization is in Aruba in August 2023 and will meet with the Minister of Social Affairs and the FPA team.
The Minister and the FPA made solid agreements for more cooperation in 2023, namely the FPA's evaluation. In addition, they evaluated the long-term collaboration for 2024, 2025, and 2026 concerning subsidies and projects and their content.
According to the Minister, the foundation is doing an excellent job in its services to clients, Corporate Governance, how they handle its administration, and its accountability as a foundation. It can serve as a role model for other foundations in Aruba.
The FPA's vision is to have a community aware of sexual health in general. The program they present to the schools in Aruba aligns with the Minister's vision.
