King speaks with the Economic and Educational sector in Aruba

ORANJESTAD - His Majesty King Willem-Alexander spoke online with representatives of the economy and education sectors in Aruba on Thursday, November 19, 2020. 

The main topic of conversation was the consequence of the corona outbreak in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom. Earlier, the King also spoke with representatives from these sectors on Curacao and St. Maarten.

On Thursday morning, November 19, 2020,  King Willem-Alexander had a conversation with Mrs. Tisa LaSorte, President of Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association (AHATA). Subsequently, His Majesty also spoke to the directors of Educacion Profesional Intermedio (Colegio EPI).

In October, the King already had a video conversation with representatives of the medical sector in Aruba, St. Maarten, and Curacao.

Through telephone and online calls and where possible working visits, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima informed themselves about the consequences of the corona outbreak and expressed their support and appreciation for the efforts of so many in the fight against the pandemic.
