Hence, the Department of Education, DAO, DPL, and representatives of the private sector like ATIA, AHATA, SNBA, and the KVK come together to prepare the students for the demands of the labor market.

They will work on various issues like the labour market demand and adjust the curriculum based on the demand, internships, exams, preparedness for the labor market, job vacancies, and application training. They will also investigate if what the schools are offering is in sync with the labor market.

It will help to recruit qualified personnel that fits perfectly in the market. The platform took the first step, and soon the results will be visible.

We work together on an informative, accessible and user-friendly Government Portal for Aruba.
