Neighborhood gardening for 55 years and older

ORANJESTAD - The Movement is Life Foundation (FMTB) has recently announced that that they will soon start with the project “Gardening” as part of their project Together Old, Old Together.

“Gardening” is one of the requests that stood out the most in a recently held poll to find out what the elderly group wishes in addition to “Digital Development”, which project was already organized and was a success.

Neighborhood gardening for 55 years and olderThe gardening program will be given primarily to adults both males as females of age 55 and older and serves as a socializing activity for those in this group to get out of their homes and interact with others in person while doing something new outdoors. This program will be held in collaboration with Cas Shabururi who made a piece of land available to the FMTB. This program will help keep minds and bodies active which certainly is the objective of the FMTB.
