‘Dande di Aruba’ is a documentary that highlights the origin of Dande that still causes plenty of discussion in the community.
The Government of Aruba, with funds from the joint contribution from the Ministry of Territorial Development, Infrastructure and Environment, made their contribution with the realization of this project. This documentary helps preserve our cultural heritage.
The Minister of Culture Xiomara Maduro attended the premiere. She is grateful to Fundacion Mi Cutisa, the crew, and the family of the late cinematographer Cindy Kerseborn, Sherman de Jesus of Memphis Features, volunteers, and entities who helped create this documentary which is very important for the culture of Aruba and the wellbeing of the entire community.
