I. a. Enter the necessary information in the re-registration form. The re-registration form must be filled out completely.
b. Make sure you have all the necessary documents in your possession.
c. Pay Afl. 35, - via online banking and print a proof of payment.
(Make a transfer to Aruba Bank account no. 525.741 in the name of DIP or Directie Infrastructuur & Planning, and in the description box fill your name (complete), Tax ID number (persoonsnummer and herinschrijving (re-enrollment): eg Johnson M.A., “123456789”, herinschrijving)
d. Send the completed re-enrollment form together with the required documents and proof of payment by e-mail: email@example.com.
e. If you have met the re-enrollment criteria, the Department of Infrastructure and Planning will contact you to confirm your proof of re-enrollment.
II. If you do not send an email as required and described in point I, you indicate to the Department of Infrastructure and Planning that you are no longer interested in your application and your request will be dismissed and filed.
III. Within 30 days of the date of proof of re-enrollment, you must send a petition, with the required information as indicated on the re-enrollment form (see Note), by e-mail (re-enrollment rental firstname.lastname@example.org) to the Department of Infrastructure and Planning. If you do not submit the requested information within 30 days of the date of proof of re-enrollment by e-mail email@example.com, your request will be dismissed and filed.
IV. Applicant is responsible to keep proof of re-enrollment 2020.
