Recently the Monuments bureau completed the maintenance of the building of the Department of Human Resources

ORANJESTAD - The Monuments Bureau announced the completion of the maintenance work on the Department of Human Resources (DRH) building.

This building is formerly known as De Arend Petroleum Company and also as the former Tourism Office.

The personnel of the DRH is pleased with the new interior and exterior of the building and are very grateful for the great job done.

With the maintenance, they stumbled upon some setbacks,s but that did not affect the outcome. The contractor was surprised to discover a piece of the original floor and restored it to its original condition.

The Monuments Bureau is very grateful to the Government of Aruba for making the funds available for this maintenance job, to the personnel of the Monument Bureau, S&L Contractor NV, Aruba Climate Control NV, and the personnel of the DRH for their patience.

The Monument Bureau continues with the maintenance of the monuments.
