Starting December 1, 2022, DPL requires appointments for its services

ORANJESTAD - The Department of Labor Progress (DPL) has renewed its website and has announced that starting December 1, 2022, employers and or their representatives) are required to make an appointment for any service provided by the DPL.

You can make an appointment on its website, www.dpl.aw.

The DPL consists of many departments;

  • Department of Labor Market Registration (AMR);
  • Department of Employment and Reintegration (Job center);
  • Department of Advice on Admission to the Labor Market(Admission);
  • Department of Business Control (site inspection at businesses).

Services for the  AMR departments, Job Center, and Admission require an appointment to guarantee optimal service to the clients. Clients used to an appointment by email. Now they can only make appointments on DPL's refurbished website, www.dpl.aw. The client can select the available appointment date and time. The DPL is urging all employers and or their representatives to take notice of this change.

It is essential to make your appointment on time and meet. You must also meet the requirements of each department when going to the DPL on the appointed date. Failing to arrive on time for the appointment will result in its cancellation and requires a new one.
