The deadline to file Profits Tax 2020 is now November 30, 2021

ORANJESTAD – The Tax Department, after deliberating with the Minister of Finance, has announced a 6-month extension on the deadline to submit profits tax declarations of 2020 for all contributors except financial institutions like banks or insurance companies.

Building Tax DepartmentOriginally the deadline was May 31, 2021. This date is however still the deadline for the financial institutions to file their profits tax of 2020. The new deadline for the submission of profits tax declarations and payments for nonfinancial institutions has been moved to November 30, 2021. It is important to point out that the provisional declaration will not expire. The provisional declaration can be submitted during the year.

Taxpayers who have a definite profits tax declaration 2020 ready before the new deadline can submit this at the main office of the Tax Department located at Camacuri.
