The project's principal stakeholders are the teachers of EPB and EPI. In the coming year, they will be part of this project that will contextualize and introduce the 12 educational programs in the new qualification structure for professional education in Aruba, namely the “ABO-kwalificatiestructuur” based on the situation and needs of Aruba.
This project will take place under the guidance of the consultation firm CINOP in January/ February 2022. The CINOP will return to Aruba to provide training and confer with different actors. The Department of Education Aruba and the steering group will guide this project. The steering group consists of the School directive, School directors, the Inspectorate of Professional Education, and the Department of Education Aruba.
The Department of Education will continue to meet weekly with the principal actors of the project and bi-monthly with the steering group and the core group.
Not only is this kind of innovation essential for education in Aruba, but students with a higher level of education will also contribute to the labor market to have better-equipped workers. Therefore, it will elevate the quality of our professionals in our society and likewise contribute to the well-being and economy of Aruba.
