The payment period of the 15% special rate on commutation pension extended

ORANJESTAD - The Tax Office informs that the payment period of the special rate on commutation pension is extended.

The 15% special rate is valid on commutation pensions from January 1 to December 31, 2023. The deadline to take advantage of the term extension is December 31, 2023. The change in the payment term was formalized in the Ministerial Decree of December 21, 2022, no. 2022 no.161.
