The second Agri Business Academy course started

ORANJESTAD - On Tuesday, May 9, 2023, the second training of the Agri Business Academy started at the EPI.

More than 70 participants enrolled in this second course, highlighting their interest in agricultural commercialization.

With the acquired skills of the Agri Business Academy, the participants can continue to promote modern agricultural methods and improve food security.

They established the Agri Fund to facilitate agricultural project financing at an attractive rate to encourage and support traders in the agricultural sector.

On January 24, 2023, the Minister of Economic Affairs, Communication and Sustainable Development, Mr. Geoffrey Wever, and the Minister of Transport, Integrity, Nature and Senior Affairs, Mr. Ursell Arends and Qredits Aruba organized the first Agr Business Academy and the second course that recently started.

Agri Business Academy is a tailor-made program from Qredits Aruba for the agricultural sector for 12-14 weeks and provides the essential material to create your business plan and financial plan. The program ends with a pitch when participants can present their product or service.

Agri-Business Academy aims to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals by providing them with the necessary tools, such as knowledge, to start or operate a business in the agricultural sector.
