This was signed by the Acting Governor of Aruba, Her Excellency Yvonne Laclé-Dirksz, and the outgoing and incoming Prime Minister, Mrs. Evelyna Wever-Croes.
Resignations of incumbent ministers
First, the Acting Governor signed the resignation decrees of the outgoing ministers. In turn, Mrs. Wever-Croes counter-signed those country decrees in her role as outgoing Prime Minister.
Resignation and appointment national decree of the minister-president
Next, the Acting Governor signed the national decree on both the resignation of the retiring Prime Minister and the appointment of the succeeding Prime Minister. Since the outgoing and the incoming prime minister are the same person, this national decree was countersigned twice by Mrs. Wever-Croes: first in her capacity as outgoing prime minister and then as the next prime minister.
Appointment decrees of new ministers
Finally, the decrees of appointment of the new ministers were signed by the Acting Governor. In her turn, Mrs. Wever-Croes, as the next Prime Minister, counter-signed those national decrees.
The Prime Minister and other ministers of the cabinet Wever-Croes II will be sworn in on Monday, September 20 at 17:30 in Cas Ceremonial di Gobernador before the Acting Governor of Aruba, Her Excellency Yvonne Laclé-Dirksz.
The new cabinet Wever-Croes will decide who will hold the position of the minister plenipotentiary.
