This segment of the population remains one of the key components for the recovery of Aruba; they should act responsibly and be determined to eradicate Covid19 in Aruba.
The DVG urges this group to become role models.
Covid-19 has changed our way of living, working, and interacting one another. Young adults should focus on their wellbeing and self-care in order to be able to take care of others.
To have a healthy life they should eat healthily, drink plenty of water, exercise at least 30 minutes daily, reduce alcohol consumption and smoking, sleep at least 7 hours daily, be positive, manage stress, and practice hygiene at all times. (Follow Covid19 guidelines).
The DVG is well aware of the need to socialize, specifically of this group but they should be cautious when socializing. It is of utmost importance to maintain a physical distance of one, 5 meters from others at all social events. Avoided physical contact at all times while avoiding agglomerations is highly recommended. The correct use of a facemask is mandatory when inside of establishments. Relaxing and distressing are important, but do this responsibly and in compliance with the Covid19 safety protocols.
Try to have a normal routine amidst these circumstances. Go about your business as normal as possible while complying with the hygiene and safety protocols. Proceeding with your familiar routines brings stability and peace of mind. Protect each family member and be alert for any Covid19 symptoms. If you have any symptoms, please stay home, do not go out, or go to work.
We can only win the fight against Covid-19 if everybody follows the safety protocols. We should all be determined to address all challenges. Let us keep taking care.
